Windsor Furniture

Windsor Furniture is style of construction more than a period design. Featuring turned elements joined to a solid carved plank seat, Windsor furniture originated in England in the early 18th century but reached its peak in the mid 18th century in America. Windsor Furniture was made throughout the colonies with each region creating its own specialized designs.
